Together with Consejo360, we hosted the webinar “Governance in Q4: Legal Key Points for Closing Out the Year and Preparing for 2027,” a discussion designed to guide companies through year-end closing procedures and prepare them for the challenges ahead.
During the event, our directors Leyla Alul and Macarena Naranjo addressed some of the key issues that should be on companies’ agendas today: the Karin Law and Internal Regulations, the Crime Prevention Model, and the new Personal Data Protection Law, along with concrete recommendations for putting these matters into practice.
In turn, Cristián Retamal, partner and director at Consejo360, integrated the legal aspects discussed with the role of governance, emphasizing that it is not enough to simply have written policies, protocols, or models; one must also demonstrate that they work.
