Planning and implementation of business plans for domestic and foreign companies, to be executed in Chile or abroad, as well as investment operations, mergers and acquisitions, placement of shares and financing for real estate, industrial and technological companies, among others.

He has directed and coordinated the placement of shares and the raising of capital for multiple real estate projects, technology companies, both in Chile and abroad, in the merger and acquisition of companies and due diligence processes.

His leadership and experience have been recognized in the main international rankings.
