These changes imply an extension of the term to carry out the registration and publication of the incorporation and modification extracts of corporations by shares.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to this amendment, the existing legislation contemplated a term of one month from the date of the act of incorporation or corporate modification to complete this procedure, while the new regulation extends such term to 60 calendar days, counted from the date of the act of incorporation or corporate modification.
