{"id":2211,"date":"2025-01-21T22:09:00","date_gmt":"2025-01-22T01:09:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.jdf.cl\/?p=2211"},"modified":"2025-01-22T12:07:44","modified_gmt":"2025-01-22T15:07:44","slug":"comunicaciones-importantes-que-los-empleadores-deben-efectuar-durante-este-mes-de-enero-de-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jdf.cl\/en\/comunicaciones-importantes-que-los-empleadores-deben-efectuar-durante-este-mes-de-enero-de-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"Important Communications Employers Must Make During January 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"<table width=\"100%\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"603\"><strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 I.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong><strong><u>Electronic Communication to the Labor Directorate on Compliance with the Inclusion Law<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Companies with an average of 100 or more employees must submit an Electronic Communication to the Labor Directorate in January each year.<\/p>\n<p>The following information must be provided at a minimum:<\/p>\n<p>Total Number of Employees: The total number of workers in the company, broken down by each month considered for calculating the average number of employees.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">The 12 months preceding October 31, 2024 (\"Reporting Period\") should be considered.<\/p>\n<p>2.\tAverage Number of Employees: The average number of employees in the company during the Reporting Period.<\/p>\n<p>3.\tCurrent Contracts: The number of active contracts with individuals with disabilities or recipients of a disability pension.<\/p>\n<p>4.\tTerminated Contracts: The number of employment contracts with individuals with disabilities or recipients of a disability pension that were terminated for any reason.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">5.\tFounded Reasons for Non-Compliance: If there are valid reasons for the company not meeting its hiring obligations.<\/p>\n<p>These must be detailed, along with the justification and the chosen alternative measure (service contracts with companies employing individuals with disabilities or making donations).<\/p>\n<p>6.\tCertificate from the National Employment Exchange: If applicable, this certificate should confirm that no applications were received from individuals with disabilities or recipients of a disability pension after job offers were posted.<\/p>\n<p>7.\tDonation Option: If the company opts to make a donation, it must report the donation and attach Certificate No. 60 from the Internal Revenue Service (SII).<\/p>\n<p>8.\tService Contracts Option: If service contracts with companies employing individuals with disabilities or recipients of a disability pension are chosen, the identity numbers of the employees providing services to the obligated company must be reported.<\/p>\n<p>9.\tInclusion Manager Information: Provide the name and identity number of the Inclusion Manager.<\/p>\n<p>10.\tInclusion Policies: Include information on inclusion policies and their evaluation, if applicable.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Note: If the donation option is chosen as the alternative measure, the donation must be made in January 2025, before submitting the Electronic Communication to the Labor Directorate.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">II.
