Extracci\u00f3n de \u00e1ridos. <\/strong>Con fecha 12 de diciembre de 2023, la SMA aprob\u00f3 el programa de cumplimiento presentado por la Inversiones Le\u00f3n Zavala Ltda., titular de la unidad fiscalizable \u201cCantera Fundo El Pell\u00edn \u00c1ridos Le\u00f3n Zavala\u201d en la comuna de San Pedro de la Paz, en el marco del procedimiento administrativo sancionatorio (Rol D-013-2023) iniciado por extracci\u00f3n de \u00e1ridos que generaba efectos previstos en el art\u00edculo 11 de la Ley N\u00b019.300, sin contar con RCA. El programa de cumplimiento presentado contempla cinco acciones que incluyen la presentaci\u00f3n de un EIA\u00a0y la paralizaci\u00f3n de las operaciones hasta la obtenci\u00f3n de la respectiva RCA favorable. Infracci\u00f3n a la norma de ruidos.<\/strong> Con fecha 19 de diciembre de 2023, la SMA aprob\u00f3 el programa de cumplimiento presentado por Nexans Chile S.A., en el marco del procedimiento sancionatorio (Rol N\u00b0D-190-2023) por incumplimiento a la norma de ruido. El titular present\u00f3 un programa de cumplimiento con 13 acciones, entre las cuales se encuentra la renovaci\u00f3n de maquinaria y la elevaci\u00f3n de los muros para mitigar los ruidos.
