Incumplimientos en materia de residuos industriales l\u00edquidos<\/strong>: La SMA notific\u00f3 con fecha 21 de noviembre de 2023, la Resoluci\u00f3n Exenta N\u00b01930 de 20 de noviembre de 2023, a trav\u00e9s de la cual resuelve el procedimiento administrativo sancionatorio (Rol F-030-2018) seguido en contra de Enap Refiner\u00edas S.A., sancion\u00e1ndola con 885 UTA por incumplimientos a las obligaciones establecidas en su RCA, en materia de tratamiento de RILes, y a la norma de emisi\u00f3n para la regulaci\u00f3n de contaminantes asociados a las descargas de residuos l\u00edquidos a aguas marinas y continentales superficiales.
