JDF advises Antofagasta plc on the issuance of bonds worth 750 million dollars.

Jara Del Favero Abogados advised Antofagasta plc, the parent company of mining company Antofagasta Minerals, in the issuance of bonds totaling $750 million. This marks the third time the entity has issued bonds in the New York market, with maturities in 2030, 2032, and 2034.

The proceeds raised will be used for general purposes, with a particular emphasis on the implementation of the expansion of Minera Centinela.

The JDF team involved in this advisory was led by partners Felipe Ovalle and Christian Schiessler, and included senior associate Felipe Davanzo.
