Diario Financiero Highlights JDF's Advisory

We are pleased to share the link to Diario Financiero’s publication on JDF Abogados’ advisory to Komatsu in its acquisition of Chilean company Octodots Analytics, owner of software for optimizing fleet management in mining transportation.

The transaction began with the due diligence process last July and was finalized in early November at our offices.

The JDF team responsible for this transaction was led by partner Felipe Ovalle and included Felipe Davanzo, Josefina Holtheuer, and Fernando Valenzuela.
